These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and xa999 ("xa999", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the xa999 platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and any other features available through https://xa999.bio. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

• Where an account is closed at the player's own request for reasons other than self-exclusion, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, net of any withdrawals already in progress.

xa999 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. Players who activate self-exclusion will have their account access restricted for the selected duration. During self-exclusion, xa999 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player. Self-exclusion periods are irrevocable for their selected duration and cannot be shortened by contacting support. Players may extend a self-exclusion at any time from account settings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xa999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by xa999's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, xa999's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

xa999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, xa999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the xa999 platform, at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the xa999 platform after amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using xa999 and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure and return of any eligible real-money balance.
